These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Instruxit LLC services, websites, communications, and related workflows. By using Instruxit, you agree to these Terms.
Use of services
You may use Instruxit only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, contracts, and project confidentiality obligations. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to materials you provide.
Customer materials
You retain ownership of plans, specifications, notes, files, and other materials you provide. You grant Instruxit permission to process those materials to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested services.
Communications
Instruxit may send service, transactional, support, scheduling, account, and bid-workflow communications by email, phone, or SMS when you provide contact information or otherwise opt in. SMS terms are available at /sms-terms/.
No professional guarantee
Instruxit provides workflow assistance and review support. Outputs may require professional review and customer validation. You remain responsible for final bids, submissions, estimates, commercial decisions, and compliance obligations.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized materials.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to Instruxit systems.
- Do not use Instruxit to send spam, deceptive messages, or unlawful communications.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Instruxit disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
